Is there more to Life?
The Alpha Film Series is an engaging, cinematic video course designed to spark open, honest conversations about life, faith, and meaning.
What Makes It Unique?
Cinematic & Global Storytelling: Rather than a simple lecture, each episode takes viewers on a journey featuring real-life testimonies, cinematic visual effects, and guest interviews with world-famous leaders, scientists, theologians, and everyday people.
Accessible Hosts: Presented by Alpha pioneer Nicky Gumbel alongside presenters Toby Flint and BAFTA award-winning presenter Gemma Hunt, the hosts break down complex spiritual questions into warm, relatable topics.
Built-In Pause Points: Each video includes strategic breaks designed for small group discussion, allowing participants to share their honest thoughts and questions without pressure or judgment.
Core Topics Explored
Spanning 15–16 episodes over an 8–11 week course, the series addresses the foundational questions of life and faith:
Who Is It For?
An open invitation for everyone: Whether you are an atheist, skeptic, longtime believer, or simply curious about life's bigger picture, the Alpha Film Series creates a non-judgmental environment where all questions and backgrounds are welcome.
